Job Description:

As the Bars/Assistant Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our venue, responsible for orchestrating seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role will encompass:

🍹 Bar Operations: Overseeing all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎶 Customer Experience: Championing a customer-centric approach, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and leaves with a smile.

📋 Staff Management: Leading and motivating a team of bartenders and support staff, fostering a positive work culture built on teamwork and excellence.

💼 Business Development: Driving revenue growth through innovative promotions, upselling strategies, and fostering strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in bar management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
• A passion for live music and a keen understanding of the dynamics of a live music venue
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in driving sales and exceeding targets
